Return Policy

At Chicfinement™, we aim for customer satisfaction. Returns and exchanges are managed with care:

Return Window:
Products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, unless specified otherwise.

Eligibility:

• Items must be unused, unaltered, and in original packaging

• Original tags and included accessories must remain intact

• Items with wear, damage, or improper handling are ineligible

Exceptions:

• Personalized, monogrammed, or custom orders cannot be returned

• Clearance or promotional bundle items are non-returnable

Process:

1. Contact support with order details

2. Receive a return authorization

3. Ship using recommended methods

4. Once inspected, refunds or exchanges are processed

Refund Method:
Approved returns are refunded through the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
